How does it work?

Jaime will spend approximately 6-8 hours painting at your event.  She prefers to arrive 2 hours before the start to make a plan for the painting. A majority of the painting will be completed during the event.  Jaime will take the painting back to her studio for final touches, varnish and professional wiring (all included in the price.)

Choosing Your Format:​

“The Portrait” – A close-up vertical orientation painting focused primarily on the couple, highlighting a pose and their connection. It could be a loving embrace, a joyful laugh, or a quiet moment together. While the surrounding details are included, the vertical format naturally centers on the couple and will include some context background. The couple will take up approximately 8-12 inches (or more) of the canvas in this format.​

“The Scene” – A wider horizontal orientation that includes more of the venue and atmosphere, telling the full story of the moment. The couple will take up approximately 8 inches (or less) of the canvas allowing for a more expansive storytelling composition. Expressions and body posture will be painted candidly, not too staged, to preserve the natural energy of the celebration.

Choosing Your Moment (optional):

• Pick a location—ceremony, reception, or another special place.

• Choose a moment—first kiss, exit walk, first dance, or another favorite.

• Not sure? Some things are best let unplanned! Let Jaime use her "roll with the punches" attitude and painting expertise to create a beautiful surprise!

• Live Painting: 6–8 hours at your wedding, where your guests can enjoy watching the process unfold.

• Professional Quality: A gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality acrylic paint, and professional varnish to preserve your painting for generations.

• Personal Touch: I take the painting back to my studio for finishing touches in a well-lit environment. This lets me ensure every detail is just right and gives you the chance to provide input if you’d like.

• Delivery: Completed within 6 weeks and shipped to your door.

• Digital Version: A digital copy of your painting to share and cherish.
